I read along as I watched the fanfic critic covered this in her video. I had a good laugh.
Here are my thoughts: you might want to start a new paragraph when a different character speaks because at the end, both characters had dialogue in the same paragraph. You also want to vary your dialogue tags because saying "said" can be tedious.
