NegInk as Chichi by Yggdrasill-Studio

A good friend of mine did a ncie little commission to me. It's Neggy as Chichi in her Super DBZ costume. It's pretty cool. I thought it would be a pretty good outfit for her because Chichi is my favorite character in that game.
